Position Overview
We are hiring high-energy sales professionals with strong sales skills, sound business acumen, and strong technical aptitude to join the Fusion 360 sales team as an Inside Product Specialist. Fusion 360 is the only cloud based solution offering a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing. Fusion 360 is gaining market share very quickly and we are expanding the team to support the growth.
The Fusion 360 Inside Product Specialist is responsible for managing their own pipeline of Fusion 360 opportunities and driving them to close. You will receive incoming leads from the Sales Development Reps and will be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities on their own to keep your funnel full.
As the primary sales rep on your Fusion 360 deals, you will lead the customers through their buying process. You will leverage technical sales reps and regularly scheduled webinars to demonstrate how Fusion 360 can address the issues you have discovered in the customers’ processes. Fusion 360 is a fast-growing business and you will be on the tip of the spear as we become the #1 Design and Manufacturing solution in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed directly
- Responsible for pipeline management
- Drive a large number of deals to close each month
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by listening to their business needs
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Fusion 360
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback and improve future outbound campaigns.
- Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth
- Assist with renewal clients
- Use Salesforce.com to document opportunities and activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 Years of software sales experience
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Prior inside sales/office-based sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework
