Account Manager, US/EMEA

As an Account Manager on our Client Success and Services team, you will work closely with our entrepreneurs to help them get the most out of our platform and their crowdfunding campaigns. We are looking for relationship builders and problem solvers who can build strategic relationships with our existing clients to drive revenue, amplify growth and maximize client lifetime value. In this role, you will be supporting a wide array of entrepreneurs – impress them with your deep understanding of the Indiegogo platform and delight them with top-notch support throughout their crowdfunding journey.

YOU WILL:

  • Identify and generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell activities to existing clients
  • Proactively own and manage a wide array of campaign clients and delight them by providing world class support to their inquiries via email, video calls, and other channels
  • Foster strong, interpersonal client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat engagements and referrals
  • Become technically proficient with all Indiegogo tools, functionalities, and processes in order to become a resource for all campaigners
  • Steer client’s campaign preparation and launch progress and timeline to deliver maximum revenue potential. Some responsibilities include but not limited to: 1) create professional email updates and reports; 2) Provide client consultation 3) Troubleshoot technical problems and answer support questions from clients; 4) Liaise with internal teams to execute and report on engagement deliverables
  • Create and consistently optimize processes and resources that will scale client communication and operational productivity
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota

YOU HAVE:

  • 2-3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, account management or customer success upselling
  • Experience with pipeline management utilizing Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Persuasive, positive and confident disposition and ability to provide and receive constructive criticism
  • The right attitude towards a sense of urgency, risk, and ambiguity that naturally comes with working at a startup
  • Positive attitude with a focus on having a growth mindset

BONUS POINTS:

  • Personal experience with crowdfunding
  • Strong background in digital marketing
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, consumer hardware products, or part of the ecosystem
REMOTE WORK: This role is open to remote U.S residents. We are currently accepting applications from all parts of the US however International applicants are not currently accepted for the HQ team. Please note that all qualified candidates should have U.S sponsorship or residency to work in the U.S.

For this role our target annual base salary range is $60K- $85K. Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
