We are in search of professional at home agents to assist in client projects via inbound calls from your home office.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- H.S Diploma* 1-year customer service experience.
- Able to pass Background Check* Individuals who have been convicted of or pled guilty to certain felony or misdemeanor charges, including but not limited to theft, fraud, identity theft, or other similar violations, are ineligible.
- Work from home environment (steady wired internet, desk, desktop computer or laptop w/monitor(s) combination, USB Headset, VoIP service, and/or traditional dedicated line(very few clients require the use of a traditional phone line; most require VoIP).
- Live in the United States. Currently excluding California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oregon, Wisconsin and New York.
- Able to attend a 2 day online certification course and pass assessments on February 7th & 8th. Start working with the client after February 9th, 2018.
- CONTRACTOR BENEFITS:
- Compensation: Full-Time can receive up to $2,000+/month* Online account for Direct Deposit, Paystubs, and electronic 1099.
- No layoff’s: Can be promoted to Senior, Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Administrator after 60-90 days servicing. Based on telecommuter job performance.
- Work anywhere in the U.S. telecommuting 20 hours per week minimum required.
- Flexible Schedule (Choose your own hours working from home)
- Choose Part-Time or Full-Time.
- Client Selection– You’re in control of the type of work you’re doing.
- Internal Promotions based on experience and performance.
- Customer Service, Inbound Sales, and Technical Support contracts
