Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

The Opportunity – Software Engineer (Remote – USA / CANADA)

We are currently seeking a Ruby Engineer to join our team. This role is open to applicants in the USA and Canada. You can work fully remotely, or from one of our offices, or a combination of both.

What you’ll Do:

• Collaborate with other developers, designers and product managers to provide elegant solutions to Wrapbook customer problems
• Review code and have your code reviewed.
• Write performant, scalable, and secure software
• Ensure code is well-tested and well-architected

What you’ll Have:

• You have at least two years of experience building production web applications
• You are eager to learn and level up your skills
• You have experience writing SQL queries and a general understanding of SQL indices (PostgreSQL is a plus)
• You are customer-focused and like to pay attention to detail and value quality
• You have experience building Ruby on Rails applications and APIs
