We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Looking for an Executive/Team Leader with experience in the fields of Customer Service and knows how to properly handle Chats,
- E-mails and Calls while always paying attention to the Customer and understanding the Customer’s needs.
- This is a full-time job, where if you are an experienced person will be given an opportunity to handle a team of CSE.
- Kindly apply only if you have experience in Customer Service.
- Our main aim is to have locals apply for this position.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Someone with Excellent Communication Skills
- Someone who understands how to work with MS Excel
- Someone who is Proactive
- Someone who understands that they are leading a Team, thus, who has to understand their Team
- Someone who understands Customer Care and is capable of acquiring Feedback from the Customer’s Needs
- Someone who is capable of Teamwork
- Someone who is capable of Tracking and Making Reports minimum of 5 years experience in customer care services
