Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Lagos


Job Description

  • Looking for an Executive/Team Leader with experience in the fields of Customer Service and knows how to properly handle Chats,
  • E-mails and Calls while always paying attention to the Customer and understanding the Customer’s needs.
  • This is a full-time job, where if you are an experienced person will be given an opportunity to handle a team of CSE.
  • Kindly apply only if you have experience in Customer Service.
  • Our main aim is to have locals apply for this position.

Requirements
Who You Are:

  • Someone with Excellent Communication Skills
  • Someone who understands how to work with MS Excel
  • Someone who is Proactive
  • Someone who understands that they are leading a Team, thus, who has to understand their Team
  • Someone who understands Customer Care and is capable of acquiring Feedback from the Customer’s Needs
  • Someone who is capable of Teamwork
  • Someone who is capable of Tracking and Making Reports minimum of 5 years experience in customer care services
