Job Title: Key Distributor Sales Executive – International Premium Spirits
Locations: Anambra, Edo and Delta
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Strategy and Business Plan
- Ensure daily calls of 15 outlets (10 retail and 5 wholesale)
- Ensure visibility and distribution of McDowells brands in called on outlets
- Report market intelligence from outlets to his ASM
- Management of KD sales team to achieve volume and distribution targets
- Train and motivate KD sales team
- Act as active ambassador to the company at the customer level.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum qualification of OND with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales, managing Key distributors in the open market
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- High degree of integrity
- Good inter-personal skills
- Geographically mobile.
- Healthy and physically fit.
