We're looking for aDirecotr of Behavioral Health Services for a facility in Tucson, AZ.
Overview:
Under general supervision of the Vice President of Clinical Services, the Director of Behavioral Health Services proposes, creates and facilitates implementation of new state-wide programming to enhance revenue sources for the BH division.
The Director is responsible for developing and coordinating therapeutic programming for the Company’s residential sites to ensure an environment conducive to learning and functional enhancement.
Acts as liaison to referral and funding sources; drafts, reviews, implements and maintains clinical policies and procedures; conducts periodic quality assurance reviews of electronic health records; participates in annual budget preparation process and reviews monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and to address areas with expenditure or revenue concerns.
The Director supervises a staff of clinicians. Some travel required to office locations in Arizona.

Necessary Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or the equivalent
- Independent licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health (LPC, LMFT or LCSW)
- Strong background in program development to include residential, inpatient or outpatient programs such as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), group therapy, general mental health, substance use services, sex offender or domestic violence counseling services.
- Must be current resident of Arizona
