Education Program Manager, GP Channel

SUMMARY

The General Provider (GP) Channel Education Program Manager is responsible for administering and executing the cross-functional processes needed to support GP Channel programs. The GP channel program manager is also responsible for assisting in development and implementation of GP channel educational programming that meets the changing needs of Align Technology, its providers and the market. Efforts to include online & live education, collateral development, online assets, and ideation around program enhancements for increased effectiveness and/or improved efficiency. These duties include alignment and collaboration with ClinEd, Events, Marketing, Legal, IT, Customer Advocacy, Finance, and Sales Ops.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing and implementing multiple program activities

Work with GP Channel Lead for project status and gap analysis

Recognize and communicate need to allocate/re-allocate resources and/or assets within programs

Provide periodic status of all project/program management elements

Escalate and resolve issues that cannot be resolved at the project/program level

Stay abreast of the status of other projects/programs and their impact on GP Channel initiatives

Ensure compliance of projects/programs with Legal, Document Control, Finance, and Operations policies and procedures

Provide an ongoing assessment of program risks and determine actions necessary to mitigate risk

Regularly solicit feedback from internal and external customers to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of current educational programs

Schedule and rationalize CE programming to meet the ongoing needs of Align Technology and its partners

Requires some travel to customer locations and corporate events


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

College graduate (BA/BS) preferred

Minimum 6 years professional experience

Dental and/or Medical Device experience preferred

Documented track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in implementation and management of programs

Proficiency in JDE, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.com
