Job DescriptionOur Mission: To establish a seamless, professional, closing experience for our buyers and borrowers. We want our signing agents, abstractors, field inspectors, and appraisers to prove to our ever-growing list of companies that we are the pre-eminent company, nationally, when it comes to contract real estate transactions.
We currently have a team of professionals working in multiple states, earning anywhere from $9000.00 to $16.400.00 every month, working part time on loan document signings, deed tracing, field inspections, or a combination of the 3. Depending how motivated you are and how hungry for a high earning potential, we can have you in the field in as little as 1 week but no longer than 2, if you are able to meet the requirements for any of these 3 contract positions. Those who can prove they have conducted a minimum of 1500 signing in the last calendar year can be out signing in less time than someone with less active experience or who do not meet the requirements. 844-808-9168
We are looking for professionals with a strong background in multi-party purchase transactions as well as HELOCS, Reverse, REFI’s, Mods, straight conventional, as well as commercial. If you are strong in one area, then we need you as well. Attorneys, Paralegals, Title and Loan Producers, and Realtors welcome.
If you do not have experience in this field we could use you as well, although you’re out the door time frame would increase due to the training process you would need to undergo.

QualificationsYou must be a commissioned notary, within the state you plan on conducting a loan signing assignment (This requirement does not apply to abstractors or field inspectors)
You must have an industry standard background screening performed no more than 30 days from the date you accept your first assignment. We can assist you with obtaining the proper screening. Screenings do not look at credit or any fiduciary information.
You must carry a minimum of $25,000.00 in Errors and Omissions insurance if you are processing Loan Signings and $500.000.00 if you are conducting abstracts of titles. Signing Agent E&O costs are anywhere between $13 and $38 for each term limit of 1-year for $25,000.00.m (Abstractors will have to speak with a local or national insurance rep or we can recommend one to give quotes relative to your personal situation).
Finally, each prospect will undergo industry standard testing if prior experience is indicated. Those who do not list prior experience will undergo a training period or will not be considered for any open positions.
We are looking for a responsible, professional signings agent to make sure our real estate closings go off without a hitch. You will need a strong background with multi-party purchase transactions and a "can-do" attitude where the customer is always right.
