CARite of Chesterfield is seeking an Office Administrator to support the dealership in all aspects of operations. The Office Administrator will be an integral part of the team, supporing the Store Leader and Customer Experience Guides by overseeing the vehicle title, and financing administration. Experience working with Michigan motor vehicle titles and registrations will give you the skills necessary to maintain excellent customer records and provide the Accounting team with reliable numbers. Position Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative and financial activities of the dealership. Office Administrators are responsible for the accounting, bookkeeping and general office procedures.

What You Will Do Here:
Manage and facilitate the Office functions of the dealership including Vehicle titles, registrations, plates, local bank accounts, tracking spending and dealership financials in cooperation with our Corporate Dealer Accounting teams at home office.
Maintains CSI at or above company standards
Assists with preparation of payroll and payroll records
Prepares daily cash sheets
Answers phones and directs calls
Assists in preparation of annual budget
Ensures that annual external audit requirements are met
Maintains effective employee relations and partners with Human Resources and support staff to ensure a great work environment for our team. Position Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in an Automotive Dealership Office
In-depth knowledge of any DMS
In-depth experience in all areas of retail automotive titles and accounting functions
Experience working with management team on light accounting and reporting functions.
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office software Word and Excel
