One Call Coordinator
Job Description
Process One Call Tickets according to Magellan One Call Procedures. Support Magellan customers and community by promoting safe excavation practices through phone education and pipeline safety mail outs. Provide One Call ticket management services to field technicians throughout Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P.Job Requirements
Process One Call Tickets according to Magellan One Call Procedure using a variety of tools including company maps, Google Earth and various paper maps.
Manage inquiring phone calls related to excavation, real estate issues, construction…etc… problem solve and report information to appropriate responders. .
Knowledge of state one-call agency programs, database buffers, laws, and exemptions .
Knowledge of Magellan One Call web page functionality used for ticket management and on-call determination and escalation .
Assist with Performance Measure improvement, tracking, and reporting.
Manage aerial patrol reporting, tracking and response requirements.
Verify and code State One Call invoices for payment.
Familiarity with API RP 1162 Public Awareness Programs for Pipeline Operators and 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195.
Position requires shift work and short notice flexibility between the shifts of 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm.
Other assigned duties.
This position will be filled at a level commensurate with the candidate's education and experience.

The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English with co-workers, supervisors, internal and external customers; the ability to work in stressful conditions; the ability to adapt and respond in changing circumstances; the ability to use a personal computer with the Windows® operating system to complete time sheets, send and receive email, and access information posted on the Company’s intranet; availability as needed to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis; and the ability to work at the assigned job site.
