The role of the Financial Analyst is to analyze and communicate key financial trends promoting a high level understanding of our business and quality information.

Job Details

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the proactive review and communication of key financial metrics. Working with and in support of the Client Executive team the Financial Analyst will be responsible for review of key reports and metrics to improve client facing communication and contribute to effective and efficient client management. Metrics will be prepared and communicated with a high level focus/attention towards the real issues impacting the overall revenue cycle. In addition the Financial Analyst will be responsible for completing analytics in response to customer inquiries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and deliver insights based on analysis Analyze and Communicate key financial information Review of client key metrics Support Client Executive Team with preparation and review of reports and metrics Attend meetings as requested QUALIFICATIONS: Strong knowledge of healthcare industry Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel to client meetings on a limited basis Highly motivated self starter with strong initiative

REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business preferred 1-2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle financial analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Data Analysis skills using MS Excel Working knowledge of revenue cycle applications and data a plus Proficient in BI tools a plus Ability to adapt to fast paced and rapidly changing environment Experience presenting and communicating with internal and external clients

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
