Risk Analyst

Our Payments team is looking for a hands-on risk analyst with experience in payment processing. You will be responsible for the day-to-day underwriting, risk, and AML operations here at Boulevard. You will be working with a wide range of teams to underwrite new customers and ensure existing customers’ transactions are within our risk parameters.The job doesn’t stop there as you will also be responsible for projects to improve operational scalability that impact our day-to-day work.

What you’ll do here:

  • Guide customers through our underwriting process including KYC, KYB requirements
  • Monitor sales transactions and investigate any transactions that are flagged as risky
  • Perform continuous underwriting by collecting and analyzing customer information on a periodic basis while documenting material changes to their organizational structures, legal entity(ies) and policies
  • Drive and lead improvement projects in underwriting, risk, compliance, and internal technology & tools
  • Improve merchant collection processes and controls
  • Assist in chargeback dispute resolution

Why you’ll thrive:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in merchant risk analysis
