Headspace Health’s Client Success team engages our Headspace for Work clients to drive adoption, engagement, and demonstrate ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new clients by engaging teams from launch, driving ongoing adoption and engagement strategies and managing renewals and expansions. Our Client Success team works cross functionally with the rest of the Headspace Health organisation to uncover new ways to make Headspace Health a part of everyday life and to improve our product. This role will work closely with the Strategic Client Success Team to support the management, retention and growth of our largest clients.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:
- You will work with the Strategic Client Success Managers & Strategic Expansion Manager on a defined portfolio of accounts to ensure account health and success. This will involve working directly with clients to support their business’ in the launch and roll out of the Headspace for Work program.
- You will support client launches & engagement activities as needed, working closely with our Implementation and Member Engagement Teams to support the creation of project timelines and managing the delivery of the Headspace for Work program – including developing an engagement plan, sharing and developing relevant creative assets, and sometimes attending launches virtually or in person.
- You will act as the first point of contact for any issues reported by the client, liaising with the relevant team, raising and owning steps to resolution where appropriate.
- Support the team with maintaining the required cadence of communication with clients, including arranging regular meetings, supporting the preparation of engagement and usage reports and meeting decks, feedback on trends, sentiment, wellbeing campaigns and support developing opportunities for deeper member engagement.
- Support team to deliver high standards of client record keeping, sales pipeline rigour, sales reporting and forecasting.
- Attend virtual and in-person client and industry meetings and events.
- Be comfortable working in an environment where you will be supporting the Client Account Owner, and contributing to achieving commercial goals.
- Represent the voice of the client to inform our sales process and our product roadmap.
What you’ve accomplished:
- Minimum 1-2 years working with a portfolio of large enterprise clients
- Empathetic, curious, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Confident owning tasks to resolution and have an attitude of commitment to delivering client success.
- Proactive self starter
- Solutions orientated – willing to ask for help
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, with a focus on driving engagement
- Experience of either Healthcare or Wellbeing sectors advantageous
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong PowerPoint skills. Experience with Salesforce, G Suite, Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred but not required.
- Comfortable in a rapid growth environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
- Languages – Fluent spoken and written English essential, additional European languages: French, Spanish or German an advantage.
