As the Sr. Marketing Manager for DocuSign Germany, you will be an active all-round contributor to an integrated, highly-collaborative EMEA marketing team, tasked with developing and executing strategic marketing programs for the large to enterprise business segment. The role is EMEA wide but has a strong focus on growing the DACH region. In this function you will support the Enterprise Sales teams with integrated marketing programs to help achieve business objectives. You will also continue and build out the Account Based Marketing activities.
This position is an Individual Contributor role and reports to our EMEA Enterprise Marketing Director. Roles and responsibilities may slightly change over time as we are a growing company.
Responsibility
- Development of annual/quarterly marketing plans, working closely with the wider marketing team and sales leadership to align to business objectives and our pipeline and booking targets
- Influence the content strategy from a large business perspective, to develop content aligned to stages of the buyer journey for the Enterprise segment.
- In addition define the key account marketing strategy in collaboration with other business partners and build and execute programmes to deliver against those goals
- Execute all tactics of the Marketing Plan and coordinate with other team members, shared services groups as well as agencies and our Sales partner teams
- Report on the program success on a regular basis, share best practices and develop new ideas and test and optimise our programs.
- Work effectively in an EMEA team with additional EMEA wide responsibilities
- Interact, align and share best practices within the global marketing team
What you bring
Basic
- 7+ years’ marketing experience with a technology vendor in a marketing manager position (with technology and B2B SaaS sector experience an advantage)
- Masters degree in business or marketing
- Previous ABM experience in a similar role
- Experience working closely with sales teams and management, possessing a deep understanding of the sales process for a SaaS business
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong grasp of CRM systems (knowledge of SFDC & Eloqua a strong advantage) and Analytics tools
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- A great team player, enthusiastic, proactive and innovative
- Native German language, business fluency in English
Preferred
- Technology & B2B SaaS experience an advantage.
- Well rounded digital marketing skill set, including writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media platforms.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Aptitude for technology.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and partners and customers.
- Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
