With a vested interest in the success of our clients, we assist our clients in filling leadership roles embedded within their organization. These roles can range from Director to SVP depending on the size of the client and the scope of the role. In these roles, you will work directly for our clients to implement and manage the launch and continuous growth of Alviere’s embedded financial programs. The majority of these roles include launch and full P/L responsibilities for 9-figure business segments, As our clients range from Fortune 500 to the Fortune top 20 and span multiple industries i.e (automotive, retail, telco, travel/hospitality, and more).
In this role, you will help to unlock new revenue opportunities, improve key user experiences, or evaluate and improve core business processes. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that requires strong partnerships with leaders both within the organization and with Alviere. A successful candidate will be a leader who is a highly strategic thinker, strong operator who has the ability to guide cross-functional teams to target the largest opportunities in the market, operate the business with a strong grasp of the strategic opportunity and perform quantitatively to serve customers seamlessly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Own and Operate the Neobank P/L, accountable for consumer acquisition and retention
  • Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for future features and releases
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy by developing and delivering compelling, data-driven narratives
  • Collaborate with key internal partners in Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Member Services, and Analytics to build and operationalize the best new products for our members
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute on OKRs and shape how our products can help Alviere meet its goals
  • Deliver strong growth and expansion of the business
  • Partner across functions and markets to develop an enduring growth strategy for the business
  • Ensure execution of operational priorities across teams

A successful Senior Manager of Consumer Financial Products will have the following

  • Prior P&L ownership experience in a FinTech or Financial Services business
  • Deliver projects on time in a high-stakes environment where multiple priorities will need to coexist simultaneously
  • Adept at bringing clear and logical structure to ambiguous questions, you can organize on the fly and help a team overcome challenges
  • Have a proven track record of driving alignment across multiple levels of the organization, from analysts to senior executives with diverse perspectives
  • Are driven by results and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex, high-visibility projects under tight deadlines.
