Job Summary:
Blavity, Inc.’s Ad Operations team is seeking a Senior Associate, Ad Operations to ensure that all direct campaigns go live on time and deliver in full. In this role you will be a key touch point for the Sales teams, enabling them from a technical standpoint. This is achieved through the trafficking of campaigns, managing performance and delivery once campaigns are live, and handling client reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively review campaign assets (Creatives, IOs and tags), identify potential errors, and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager and other ad servers.
- Set-up and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns (PG, PMP and Preferred Deals).
- Work with Sales and Client Services to ensure creative work as designed and adhere to our advertising specifications.
- Work closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales teams to ensure direct and programmatic campaigns start on time.
- Responsible for managing campaigns to optimize their pacing and performance and provide reports to clients, Client Services and Sales teams.
- Analyze campaign data and make optimizations to campaigns to meet the Client’s campaign goals.
- Generate weekly campaign reporting and make recommendations for optimizations.
- Generate partner site pageview, impression and revenue reporting.
- Assist in debugging technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Required Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in Publisher Advertising Operations
- 2-3 years experience using Google Suite to traffic, troubleshoot, manage and optimize campaigns
- Preferred Experience:
- A strong track-record of supporting Sales teams operationally, as well as successfully aiding remote teams across multiple time zones.
- An expert understanding of rich media and standard advertising formats including their setup and implementation
- Familiarity with Salesforce workflow as it relates to responding to RFPs (media plan requests)
- Technologies: Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Ad Manager, Staq, SSP dashboard; advanced level data and spreadsheet skills
- Additional Qualifications:

- Comfort with ambiguity and a proven love for transforming unorganized/complex data into rigorously structured, insight-oriented solutions

- Excellent communication and analytical skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats
- Naturally detail oriented, with an obsessive need to document and communicate findings
- A healthy appreciation of GIFs and black culture
Details: This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be able to work at least 25% in alignment to Pacific Time Zone.
