Luxury Presence’s People Team serves as the bridge between the company and our employees. We are responsible for finding exceptional talent and setting them up for success through the employee journey, partnering to solve personnel challenges, guiding culture, and much much more.
As a People Partner, you will work collaboratively with managers, leadership and the People Team to support programs and strategies that drive engagement and performance across your assigned team. This is a great opportunity to build on our People Team’s foundation, allowing you to focus on fostering a strong relationship with our Client Success department. You’re gifted at:
– Consulting with leadership to create comprehensive processes (benefits, policies, onboarding, etc.) to influence lasting changes at scale
– Solving challenges and getting to the root cause of an issue, no matter how complex
– Identifying and surfacing trends leveraging quantitative data to improve organizational health
– Driving organizational, people-related strategies and outcomes
– Using strong communication to build meaningful relationships with individual contributors to executives
– Creating programs from scratch
You have:
– 3+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast-growing technology company, with an interest in growing in People Operations
– Provide and deliver direction on policies and programs, in collaboration with the People Team and in-house counsel
– Clear, approachable, and friendly communication style
– Experience with people programs including performance management, employee relations, compensation review process, HR compliance and employee development/growth
– Strong analytical and project management skills
– Proven track record to design clear processes and a very detail-oriented flexible approach to problem solving
– Proven ability to influence across diverse groups and levels
– Offered thought partnership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution

Your opportunities for impact:
– Act as a strategic thought partner to the Client Success Leadership team
– Advocate and resource for Client Success employees
– Partner with and advise managers on all things people-related, such as performance management & coaching, employee relations, leveling processes, compensation, benefits, and organizational development
– Partner with Talent, L&D and People Operations to provide a holistic employee experience while delivering people programs to your dedicated team
