Limbic is making quality mental healthcare available to everyone, everywhere.

We’ve built a virtual therapy assistant to support patients and clinicians along the talk therapy care journey, enhancing therapist productivity while also keeping patients engaged along the care journey.

As the first person on the people & talent team at Limbic, you’ll be mainly responsible for sourcing great candidates to join our team, as well as setting up our HR function, and helping drive strong culture as we scale. This means that as we enter a phase of rapid growth, you’ll play a key role in making sure the team remains best in class, well looked-after, and looking forward to a long future of creating positive impact with Limbic.

What will you be doing?

  • You will help us build a rockstar team! You’ll lead recruitment at all levels of the company by implementing an efficient talent acquisition strategy
  • You will create, test and refine structured approaches to attracting the best talent globally (we’re a remote-first company)
  • You will plan regular employee performance evaluations and conduct skills gap analyses
  • You will develop employee retention programs and team-building activities
  • You will craft policies that support internal promotions and establish succession plans – maintainging organisational charts and defining each position’s responsibilities
  • You will perform benchmark research on compensation and benefits
  • You will make onboarding new hires a fun and painless process for everyone (working closely with the CEO and CTO to deliver a fantastic experience)
  • You will set up a lightweight HR function and help drive value-based culture at Limbic

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a talent manager or similar role (health technology experience is a bonus)
  • Having worked in a start-up environment as it grows from Series A to Series B/C or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management, HR, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
