Talent Management Senior Writer

As a Senior Writer, you will

Marketing focus (50%)

  • Oversee and lead the generation of external and internal marketing content;Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of external public relations campaigns;
  • Manage relationships and projects with internal Marketing and Sales Enablement teams;
  • Leverage in use of various communication mediums (print, video, electronic, online, and social)

Client focus (50%)

  • Provide sound expertise and skills to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Support client content development and needs with short term projects
  • Serve as the Consulting / Learning teams writing expert

Requirements

Must Have

  • 5-7 years experience in PR, creative, and news writing
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with Internal collaboration and cross functional negotiation
  • Skilled at planning, project management, time management, decision-making, and organizational relationships
  • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives at one time and oversight of complex initiatives,

Preferred

  • Proven record of success developing and executing communication programs to support business goals, Communication planning for large organizations
  • Experience working in a PR or media agency
