Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Development Specialist who will help us build a best-in class hybrid work environment by creating enterprise-wide learning and development content, programs, events, and initiatives for Britelings around the world. You will be responsible for driving impact through learning content creation and facilitation as well as management of our learning management system. This role will work to ensure every Briteling has the right opportunities to foster their development, drive results, and operate authentically. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across our BX Partner, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications teams to deliver on company-wide initiatives.

YOU WILL

  • Build engaging programs that enable Britelings to accelerate their learning and impact on the business
  • Leverage a variety of learning tools to help Britelings around the world – including curating Learning paths on Udemy and within WorkRamp
  • Facilitate engaging content for enterprise-wide and function-specific learning sessions
  • Manage our company learning management system – Workramp  (LMS)
  • Collaborate and gather input from partners in the business and the wider Briteling Experience team to successfully design, strengthen, and implement effective solutions
  • Measure learning program impact on the individual and business
  • Evaluate what is and is not working within our Learning tools and partner with the team to solution around your findings

THE SKILL SET

  • Experience building scalable talent development content and programs, ideally in fast-paced, scaling/changing, global companies
  • Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development experience grounded in solid business acumen, including a global mindset and a consultative approach with partners
  • Learn and apply principles of user experience, instructional design, visual design, and learning theory to create quality instructor-led trainings, eLearnings, and other learning assets (with guidance from the TOD team and subject matter experts)
  • Ability to assess and understand our culture and interpret this into meaningful deliverables that are authentic to Eventbrite
  • Curious, creative, and collaborative
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions, and to design and deliver impactful programs
  • Organized and efficient, able to balance multiple assignments with team support
  • Facilitation experience

NICE TO HAVE

  • Spanish language fluency
  • Experience with data analysis and report generation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing human-centered design
  • Experience in a global tech organization
  • Familiarity with WorkRamp, Spotlight, Workday, Culture Amp
  • Ability to manage external vendors
  • Active Eventbrite user with a passion for live events
