At Salesloft, our Senior Field Marketing Manager is pivotal to our company’s success.  You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing demand generation team within Salesloft, championing our account-based efforts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We seek a results-oriented individual who will focus on planning, organizing, and executing account-centric demand programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the enterprise sales team. This person will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for helping their sales teams meet or exceed revenue targets by executing a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics through account-centric programs that complement audience-centric campaigns, industry events, and always-on-demand programs.

The successful candidate will work across the entire marketing, sales, sales development, and partner organizations to ensure goal alignment, customer-centricity, KPI achievement, and optimal return on marketing investment. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, customer use cases, and partner with multiple stakeholders for joint success.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with your Enterprise Sales Regional Vice Presidents to develop a deep understanding of their business and determine the appropriate mix of marketing activities and campaigns needed to help exceed marketing and sales goals through account-based marketing programs.
  • Work closely with sales to prioritize and execute highly targeted virtual and in-person events with prospects and customers to help accelerate pipeline. Ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with regional partners to create demand at scale.
  • Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs to create/accelerate opportunities, build executive relationships, generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and impact revenue growth.
  • Leverage 6sense ABM automation platform to identify and monitor buyer intent keywords to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns to segment audiences at scale
  • Collaborate with the Content team to develop campaign-specific assets and industry messaging (i.e. OB cadence nurturing, field engagement, Uberflip content hubs, direct mail, etc.)
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets and sharing pipeline results, trends, and insights with sales and marketing leaders.

The demand generation team consists of results-oriented B2B marketing professionals with a strong mentality and desire to win in our market. They understand our ideal customer profile, how to attract key buyers to events, create content, and other campaign touchpoints. The demand generation team members share a few common traits: they are intelligent, analytical, creative problem solvers, self-motivated, and passionate about growing the Salesloft business. THE SKILL SET:

  • BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or similar discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing and/or account-based marketing
  • Results-oriented with experience analyzing campaign success and revenue metrics
  • Experience building strong relationships and working cross-functionally to build strategic go-to-market plans and achieve program goals
  • Experience presenting to audiences like sales, customer service, and leadership
  • Creative, self-motivated, and enjoys solving problems
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’
  • Experience with sales or marketing technology applications is strongly preferred, such as 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, Terminus, Salesloft, WordPress, and Uberflip
  • Ability to work independently on majority of tasks
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams
  • Develop business cases, advocate for budget, and demonstrate ROI

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to generate new pipeline, accelerate existing opportunities, and increase win rates through enterprise marketing programs
  • Meet with marketing, sales leadership, and customer services leadership to understand their roles and how you can make an impact
  • Learn about customer use cases and how marketing impacts customer retention and expansion

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Build joint marketing & sales enterprise growth plans across departments
  • Build and execute 1:1 programs to impact customer expansion and surface net new opportunities
  • Partner with supporting marketing and sales teams to create genuine, personalized, and creative communications and content
  • Support marketing initiatives and executive programs targeted toward our key accounts such as fields events and sales acceleration programs by multi-threading buyer engagement with relevant messaging and invitations

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have created and executed campaigns that have accelerated pipeline and created revenue
  • Measured and analyzed success and was able to present key findings to leadership
  • Continue to be innovative, creating new programs that enable Salesloft to be #1 in the sales engagement market
