Enterprise Account Executive

As a member of the Astronomer Sales Team, the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling solutions to small and medium-sized organizations. You’ll manage the full sales cycle–from prospecting to successfully selling Astronomer offerings–all while building and developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated execution against a defined champion profile and ability to get to EB for execution. You should have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets, as well as the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. We’re looking for someone who is driven, competitive, and has a strong desire to be successful.

  • Run and partner with Sales Engineers on product demos
  • Manage customer relationships, including identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

  • Great track record of success and history of quota attainment
  • Outstanding communication skills–written and oral–including strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • High-integrity, intelligence, and self-driven.
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Open to travel to customer locations as needed.

    • Passion for tech and the cloud space
    • Experience with Salesforce
