Data Integrity Consultant

The Data Integrity Consultant will act as a consultant and analyst to assist in continuous improvement of data quality and to help develop data policies and best practices. This role is a liaison for many other teams, both technical and non-technical, and is occasionally client-facing. The Consultant loves being in the weeds with the data, designing and executing scalable analyses, and implementing solutions, with a goal of improving business performance. The Consultant is also an “organizer” who will help develop systematic ways of improving processes to be implemented cross-functionally across all teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated analytical skills with large datasets
- High attention to detail and quality with thorough validation skills
- Curious about how things work, with a critical thinking mentality for “breaking things” and seeking creative ways to improve operations
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Interested in visualization, organization, and effective communication
- Responsible for keeping PHI and systems private and secure
- 1-3 years’ experience in consulting, business analytics, or related
- Technical skills: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python a plus
- Experience with healthcare data a plus
