International Payroll Manager

We’re looking for an International Payroll Manager to manage our international payroll processes across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. You’ll manage a team of two and own the day-to-day operations to ensure accurate and timely processing for 15 entities and 850+ employees. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and streamline processes. This role can be based in the UK, Dublin, Canada and New York.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop the payroll team, setting the direction, goals and driving accountability
- Ensure timely execution of payroll deliverables and payments for 15 entities, including processing of stock payroll
- Audit and reconcile payroll registers, validate accuracy and completion of data prior to transmission
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop the systems and processes we need to scale
- Establish policies, procedures and controls to ensure tax and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance
- Support company-wide initiatives and partner cross-functionally with Benefits, HR, Equity and Accounting teams to execute on goals
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of multi-country payroll experience, preferably across EMEA and LATAM
- Knowledge of year-end payroll reporting requirements and taxation as it relates to equity and fringe benefits
- Experience building and scaling internal infrastructure, systems and processes
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure team consistently meets deadlines and delivers accurate results
- Cross-functional leadership, process improvement mindset and results focused
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Workday, Google Suite and MS Office
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance or Human Resources
