As the Human Resources Technology Manager, you will support the Global People Organization initiatives through project management, configuration, development, analysis, and reporting to deliver Digital Solutions using multiple technologies. This will include working jointly with the People Organization and Technology groups to create and maintain business processes, analytics, and integration services that support the achievement of business goals using best practices, effectiveness, and efficiency.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Project management of key initiatives to improve HR Technology configurations, integrations, and reporting to increase productivity, adoption and provide automation
- Design standard Workday reports and configurations that support Global requirements and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate timely responses to reporting inquiries, research, and analysis of solutions for new requirements
- Implementation of Workday upgrades and new features that are aligned to the HR Technology Roadmap and HR Functional priorities
- Provide support to HR functional groups to maximize technological capabilities and setup audit processing to ensure data quality and successful completion of processing
- Support end-user training and documentation of Technology improvements to communicate to HR and stakeholders. Enable processes to survey users of HR Technology that will be used to plan future enhancements and new technology capabilities
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline.
- Management and Technical experience in all functional areas of Workday Human Capital Management applications, including Staffing, Talent, Diversity, Learning, Compensation, Time Keeping, and Absence to support business process design, development, testing, and reporting responsibilities.
- 3 years of experience with HR Technology (i.e. Workday) or related experience
- 2 years of experience in big/core technology upgrades, implementations, and systems integration projects
- Thorough understanding of planning, analysis, development, and testing approaches. Requires ability to coordinate change management planning, issues tracking, and resolution
- 3 years’ Knowledge and experience with Objects oriented development, Business Process workflows, Data modeling, seamless integration of technologies
- Extensive problem-solving experience
- Educated or certified in Workday HCM configurations, Reporting, integrations
- Requires ability to plan implementations and manage resources across HR, business, and technology
- Proven analytical skills, including the ability to analyze a variety of data and process workflows to identify issues, draw conclusions and make recommendations, and present in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner to business stakeholders
Workday Skills:
- 3 years of experience supporting Workday configurations, advanced reporting, and related technologies that integrate with Workday
- Business Process administration (including calculated fields and conditions) for all HCM and HR functional areas

- Knowledge of MS office suite, including strong proficiency in Excel, Sharepoint, and teams
- Excellent consultation and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines
