The DX Program Manager position is a senior-level role responsible for driving clarity of priorities and aligning execution with the strategic objectives of the Digital Experience Center of Excellence across lines of business. This individual will partner with leadership across DX, Analytics, LOB Marketing, Product, Development, and Ascensus’ scrum teams, as well as internal and external partners and vendors, to influence and ensure successful delivery of key digital transformation initiatives.
Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with DX leadership and key stakeholders across lines of business to ensure alignment of strategy and priorities. Creates and maintains an accurate and comprehensive plan reflecting the Program’s roadmap.
- Drive the planning and coordinating project scope, schedule, launch and communication strategy, risks and mitigations, training strategy, milestones and resource needs .
- Identifies, communicates and resolves program risks.
- Manages vendor engagements and partnerships.
- Engage with DX leadership in evaluating and scoring priorities to ensure highest value opportunities are being executed.
- Supports Ascensus I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always®. These should be visible in your actions on a day to day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
Supervision
- Provide management of assigned priorities in a matrix environment
- Use decision making skills to work through difficult situations in conjunction with partners and other functional units across the organization
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry policies and regulations
Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills. Able to drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, and expert skill at reducing ambiguity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp information and independently produce results.
- Detail oriented and analytical. Able to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
- Experience with outcome-based experimentation a plus.
- Strong influence skills and demonstrated ability in leading large projects.
- Knowledgeable of one or more of Ascensus’ lines of business.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of retirement or related financial services experience
- A minimum of 5 years managing complex projects in a matrix environment
- Experience working in an agile or lean development environment.
- Proficient with MS Office; working knowledge of Aha! and Confluence a plus.
