Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing, so right now we are on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Coordinator who will strongly support the Talent Acquisition Team and help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing talent globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to drive efficiencies within our recruitment process, crafting job descriptions, constantly improving the candidate experience, managing databases with candidate information and support the Talent Acquisition team in evaluating the candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also act as the main point of contact for all candidate management within the Core team recruitment. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods, we’d like to meet you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels,
  • Craft and update job descriptions across multiple job boards and channels,
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles across multiple geographies,
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases in keeping with GDPR as best practice,
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback providing useful insights,
  • Perform background and reference checks at the late stages of the interview process,
  • Manage interview and assessment scheduling processes,
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire) and effectively analyze the collected data to improve the process,
  • Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests,
  • Work closely with the Legal, People Operations and Training & Onboarding teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 1+ year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar,
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases,
  • Knowledge of candidate experience best practices,
  • Familiarity with sourcing practices and ability to source candidates independently,
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular) and other tools,
  • Ability to organize your own work independently and provide status updates in a timely manner,
  • Ability to multitask with overview and structure to meet deadlines,
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
