Responsibilities

  • Define, create, and maintain dashboards to support key operational initiatives, including: hiring, vendor management, product and support metrics, etc.  
  • Own the vendor and contractor management process for P&E and Support, including: working closely with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to support all external expenditures.  
  • Manage the annual operating planning process across P&E and Support through model building, data collection, and ad-hoc analysis.  
  • Work closely with the Corporate Finance team to support budget management and accurate forecasting.  
  • Develop monthly and quarterly presentations on key initiatives and share updates with business leaders.  
  • Support product roadmap and financial decisions with data-driven analysis and insights  
  • Simplify and share large amounts of intelligence and information with key business stakeholders  
  • Understand strategic product and business performance initiatives and translate them into data requirements 
  • Work well with ambiguity and know how to engage leaders cross-functionally and communicate to a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or combination of specialized work experience  
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tableau 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment   
  • Comfort working with large and complex data sets and presenting findings to senior leadership in a concise and actionable manner    
  • Experience with financial reporting for business forecasting, variance analysis, and budget management 
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills   
  • Experience with Salesforce, Coupa and/or Apptio is a plus 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across departments 
  • Strong project and time management and organization skills 
  • Capable of familiarizing and mastering new data sets quickly
