Regional Sales Director

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director who is a seasoned practitioner of value selling and a proven coach for rising sales reps. You will play a critical role in scaling our sales team and processes, while providing day-to-day guidance to your sales reps to win as a team.

Day-to-Day

  • Hire, coach, and motivate a high performing sales team
  • Train sales reps on value selling through developing a keen business acumen to unearth customers’ pain points
  • Enable sales reps to effectively articulate CodeSignal’s value proposition to prospective customers through a strong command of message
  • Help sales reps understand and nurture their deals with the MEDDIC methodology and a well-structured sales process
  • Manage weekly deal review meetings with sales reps and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership and revenue ops team members
  • Provide practical guidance to sales reps as they navigate complex deals through legal negotiations, procurement processes, and security reviews

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience using the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience managing BDR reps or related BDR experience
  • Experience selling to Commercial or Mid Market clients
  • Past experience generating, developing, and closing new enterprise deals
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver results
  • Sales management experience at a SaaS company
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce, including creating and modifying reports
  • Grit, growth mindset, and a positive attitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and business acumen
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
