Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will help us drive Dashlane’s Quality agenda by accelerating our shift-left quality strategy and increasing automation where it adds value. As part of the Quality Engineering department, you will work closely with product teams, productivity engineering, design & research, to enhance our application quality.

This role can be either in person at any of our Paris, or Lisbon offices, or remotely within the EU or US with CET or EST time zone availability.

At Dashlane you will:

• Partner with Product to lay down a test plan and scenarios based on the needs of user personas.
• Participate in identifying and reporting defects, reproduces bugs, and follow the bugs life cycle.
• Be autonomous in contributing to the automation by writing correct and clean automation testing code.
• Be accountable for taking care of the maintenance of automation tests.
• Managing and iterating our CI scripts (Gitlab).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• 1+ years of experience using at least one test automation framework like Espresso, XCtest, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Puppeteer, Selenium, etc.
• Proficiency in English

We’re also Looking For:

• Comfortable problem solving using data analysis
• Experience in training others on automation tooling and domain analysis
• Solid experience working within an Agile environment
• Experience in working with Bug Tracking and Test Case Management software, like JIRA and XRAY
• Experience in working with CI tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
• Hands-on experience with Docker is a plus.
• Experience with the development of automated test suites including integration, performance, security, accessibility, and functional testing.
• Experience working across multiple testing environments across different platforms.
