We are looking for a strategic, creative and analytical lead for our Global Brand Marketing team. This person will report into the Director, Brand Strategy and will be responsible for developing and managing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for priority initiatives across both consumer and B2B.
A successful candidate must have a passion for our mission, product, and technology, with a strategic mind, and recent experience working at a mobile-app or subscription based company. They should have extensive experience partnering with creative, content, product, and data teams, as well as external partners, on developing and implementing a marketing plan. This individual will bring fresh ideas, a strong point of view, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideally this individual will have previously worked as a brand or marketing manager for a top-tier brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global brand marketing programs from strategy through execution (end-to-end)
- Support the development of brand strategies, brand narrative development, and annual calendar development for all of Headspace Health and its sub-brands, in collaboration with other channel owners and cross-functional teams
- Develop deep user research insights and translate these into compelling brand marketing strategies and/or campaigns
- Serve as a key voice in assuring marketing and creative comes together as one cohesive narrative to meet prospective consumer needs
- Work with internal and external production teams on scope of work, project timeline, and resourcing needed for effective execution
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure localization efforts are complementary and additive to global strategies
- Partner with the data team to understand market-level campaign performance and user behavior to inform ongoing strategies/campaigns
What you’ll bring to the table:

- Progressive experience in marketing, or brand management – 10+ years
- Strategy experience, consulting a plus – 2+ years
- Understanding of the bigger picture – uses industry research, consumer insights, and data to develop clear strategies and recommendations
- Ability to distill information and complex scenarios into key insights
- Proven ability to craft customer first stories that resonate, inspire and educate
- Proven track record of driving exceptional marketing campaign results; specifically increasing brand awareness and consideration
- Previous experience with consumer mobile-apps preferred, ideally at a subscription company
- A strong customer-centric mindset – you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand and product
- Strong strategic AND project management skills, having experience managing complex, collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders
- Enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment —someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the organization
- Experience in consumer and B2B marketing preferred
