Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Manager to execute, optimize and scale our Demand Generation through digital marketing and paid and earned media programs. You are a data-driven marketer with proven success launching digital strategies to increase marketing generated pipeline.

You will be responsible for owning the strategy, expansion, and vendor relationships with our review platforms to amplify the voices of our customers and fans. You will truly be at the heart of the Demand Generation action on the fast-growing FullStory marketing team. This role reports to the Head of Demand Generation.

Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Partner with internal teams, sales and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling digital demand campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop and execute paid and earned media strategies, marketing analytics, project management, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Research, recommend and action on a robust portfolio of third party paid media vendors including digital display, directories, content syndication, and other direct or traditional advertising channels.
  • Expand vendor relationships with paid social vendors (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) as well as implement a comprehensive review strategy to source new, focused reviews in key business segments.
  • Track and own the measurement of paid and earned media efforts, including reporting on engagement metrics as well as marketing contributed pipeline while managing and documenting paid media budgets.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years experience in developing and executing successful demand generation programs with an emphasis on multi-channel marketing via paid channels
  • Has experience deploying, managing, and optimizing digital channels
  • Has experience working with industry standard tools and analytics (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics, Paid Media Vendors,Salesforce, or similar)
