Manager – Partnership Sales
Employers are overspending on healthcare and often employees are unable to find quality care and face a lack of transparency around costs. Amino’s healthcare guidance platform makes it easy for employees and their dependents to search for care, get trustworthy recommendations, find and use their medical benefits, compare costs, book appointments and keep track of the details.
As the Manager – Partnership Sales you will drive business growth by developing and nurturing partnerships across the healthcare and benefits space. From consulting firms and brokers, to benefit administration providers, payroll firms and HSA companies, you will lead initiatives and strategies to reach key decision makers and influence the overall adoption of Amino’s services.
Key initiatives and deliverables:
- Through your background in sales and expansive network of the healthcare and benefits industry leaders you will jump right in and be ready to prospect, initiate meetings, present and perform all necessary deal activities to close new partnerships.
- Manage campaigns to leverage Amino as the optimal compliance partner to satisfy the emerging need for a federally mandated healthcare transparency “shoppable tool.”
- Strategize and complete a detailed Sales & Growth plan to guide your quarterly and annual targets.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, etc. (targeted for specific partner business segments).
- Conduct competitor research and keep current with market and industry intelligence.
- Act as our in-house expert on a few key Partnership segments and channels.
Experience and skills required:
- Proven track record of success as a Senior Sales Executive (5 years minimum) selling digital healthcare and/or benefits technology products/platform solutions that integrate into existing client systems (via SSO, API, etc.).
- Knowledge/understanding of the US healthcare system (e.g., insurance, regulations, etc.).
- Strong understanding of, and ability to, sell SaaS and technology based solutions
- Creative problem solving and outside-the-box thinking that removes buying obstacles and leads to closing high-value reseller & referral partnerships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient technology skills (Google, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc).
- Team player, but also a highly motivated and independent individual contributor.
