We are a Silicon Valley-based company aiming to expand our pre-sales support for the Sales Ecosystem. As an Inside Solutions Consultant, you will be a frontline member of the team chartered with articulating and showcasing how Medallia’s solution solves customer business challenges and delivers positive business outcomes.

In this role, you will support the field sales team by:

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with the Medallia EMEA regional sales and pre-sales teams to create a best-in-class client proposals for complex RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
  • Answering functional questions related to the Medallia platform in Requests for Proposals (RFPs), supplementing the overall program designed by Solutions Consulting Managers
  • Ensuring response materials are formatted to all corporate branding and marketing guidelines
  • Building out and enhance the central RFP repository of both completed RFPs and responses to individual questions / industries
  • Being an internal product expert and create/maintain standard product overview presentations for industry verticals and horizontals
  • Preparing and deliver prospect specific web based demonstrations of the Medallia Experience Cloud

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years professional experience or internships
  • Software as a Service technology background and/or knowledge of cloud based business applications
  • Innate curiosity to fully learn and explain the products and services offered the Medallia Experience Cloud
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple activities and deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum travel required  – must be flexible to travel to regional training courses and events
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language: French or Italian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business, Economics, Marketing Research, Finance
  • Excited about learning CEM and discovering where customers are in their journey
  • Interest in working at a fast-paced, high-growth, sometimes nebulous company
  • Experience in working with Google Office Suite and RFP Software such as RFPIO / Knowledge Base Management Tools
