Location – Remote with occasional travel to the London Office

Job Description

  • Manage HR service delivery and ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives.
  • Act as primary connection between HR and local employees and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations.
  • Design/implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision.

Additional Details

This role is in the Strategy & Consulting Service, and will involve working as part of an HR team of 20 people supporting 3800 employees.
This role will involve providing HR support to business leads and 200 employees in a specific area of Industry or Functional Consulting.

Key activities include:

  • Coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities.
  • Provide advisory support to executives
  • Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, annual Performance Achievement PIP and associated compensation processes.
  • Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact
