Enterprise Sales Executive

The Enterprise Sales Executive will have a dedicated focus on the Perceptyx BHAG list. This list is a combination of the global Fortune 1000, the Most Admired/Great Places to Work, plus any company that has 5,000 or more employees. EAE’s will have a list of approximately 275 target companies and will focus all their time in building relationships with the prospect companies, working to become their choice when it’s time to re-evaluate who they partner with for people analytics.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales to identify best near-term opportunities on your list
- Be aggressive, and creative, at forming relationships with those best opportunities
- Maintain a current list of all prospect activity and review that list with the SVP of Business Development on a regular basis
- Take the lead on all sales activity, including RFI’s, RFP’s, etc.
- Partner with the SVP of Business Development to assemble the right team for any presentations / phone calls with the prospect
- Prior to any finalist presentation, work with SVP of Business Development to review deck, approach, pricing, and client objectives
- Introduce the Relationship Manager to the prospect when we get to the final presentation, and clearly articulate the roles we each play
- Continue to take the lead on all contracting, all the way through final signing and e-folder creation
- Work with the Operations team once the e-folder is complete, conveying all necessary project details
- Delegate the kickoff meeting to the Relationship Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant. After kickoff meeting, Enterprise Account Executive involvement is complete
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of SaaS selling experience
- Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
