The Delivery Manager works to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, by helping to identify and remove impediments that impact the team’s ability to deliver. This position supports cross-functional agile development teams, as well as other departments responsible for the sale, implementation, and support of NBS solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal department and product teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Work with product owners to ensure adoption consistencies and work proactively to address roadblocks.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to functional gaps.
  • Ensure that systems, processes, and best business practices are in place to ensure optimal delivery and consistency.
  • Identify and mitigate impacts related to delivery roadmaps.
  • Track and manage key performance metrics for the analysis and optimization of delivery strategies.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years project or product management experience.
  • Experience providing direction and support for agile development and product teams resulting in the accurate and timely delivery of solutions.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

  • In-depth understanding of processes and systems utilized in bringing products/services to market with the ability to identify methods by which to gain efficiencies.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend targeted improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility to make decisions and take action.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and develop strong relationships with stakeholders to enable. effective dialogue and build consensus necessary to enhance delivery.
  •  Strong focus on planning and execution.
