Account Executive

The Account Executive position will work hand-in-hand with the account supervisor to manage the day-to-day relationships and activities pertaining to Nissan’s partnerships. This role will help oversee the planning, delivery and execution of Nissan’s sponsorship integrated programs. YOUR IMPACT
- Assist with managing sponsorship activation plans and program elements
- Create and maintain strategic and administrative documents for client reports and presentations including; proposals, point of views, recaps, reports, agendas, and timelines
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, vendors and partners on the development and execution of sponsorship and event activations
- Assist with on-site activation at events, including staff training and communication
- Develop program recaps and analysis in partnership with research and digital teams
- Manage and coordinate with various GMR support teams to seamlessly execute client marketing objectives
- Assist with program budgets to achieve client needs and remain on targeted budget
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of NCAA basketball and football and its sponsorship landscape; provide regular research and analytic reports
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or events; team, league or agency experience is a plus
- Demonstrate a history of creative thinking and autonomous work. Comfortable with solving problems and determining action plans independently
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and management skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
- Computer proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site activations or events
- Willingness to work on days and times outside the normal work week when needed
