Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a UX designer who will join our team of creatives and lead design research while guiding the UX team processes, methods and culture to drive innovation. You will partner with product managers and engineering teams to create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end experiences with quality design solutions.

You are an all-around designer with a passion for solving customers’ needs and want to help people find their most important things.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end experiences for our app that are simple and delightful
• Use empathy and analytical thinking to solve problems
• Understand business goals, technical requirements, and customer needs
• Impactful partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• Clear perspective and high level of craft
• Team mentorship
• Create high-level flow maps
• Generate wireframes
• Lightweight prototyping in Figma
• Visual design polish

Qualifications:

• 6+ years designing and shipping mobile app experiences end-to-end
• Portfolio with metrics of success
• Experience with A/B testing and design validation
• Proactive and organized
• Leadership and teamwork
• Excellent communicator and team player

Bonus

• Experience in working with interfaces that span hardware and/or IoT
• You have worked in distributed teams and understand how to be most effective when you can’t always be in the same room as your collaborators
