To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Sales Recruiter who thrives in startup cultures to join our Recruiting team.
Your impact
As a Sales Recruiter at Grammarly, you will play a pivotal role in enabling us to accomplish our mission by finding exceptional salespeople and bringing them onto our team.
- In your first few weeks, we’ll focus on setting you up for success. You will establish an awareness of critical working relationships and a deeper understanding of our process, allowing you to do your job well.
- Shortly thereafter, you’ll partner with hiring teams to hire several key roles on our Sales teams.
- When it’s time to create and update our quarterly plans, your full-cycle recruiting expertise will enable you to make significant contributions and inform our efforts.
- As you’re settling into a steady pace, you’ll run point-on improvement projects in areas of the recruiting experience aligning with your strong expertise or where you have a particular interest in developing expertise.
- By year one, you’ll have become a senior member of the team, demonstrating consistent reliability to fill the critical roles you own while relentlessly pursuing opportunities to strengthen the recruiting process and improve the candidate experience.
We’re looking for someone who

- Is able to collaborate in person 2–4 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub where the team is based.
- Has multi-year recruiting experience ideally hiring sales candidates.
- Can find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates.
- Thrives in startup cultures and engages in owning processes end to end.
