As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will own and support key initiatives focused on driving sales and support in our client’s Education segment. This person will manage the Sales Enablement creation process and agency relationship, including interfacing with many cross functional teams daily. The  Sales Enablement Program Manager works across many different groups, stakeholders, and teams, which requires strong collaboration skills and a strong understanding of Sales Enablement.

Would you like to…

  • Develop, drive and own new sales programs, including content creation, measurement, and implementation within local subsidiaries.
  • Manage relationships with local subsidiaries to ensure corporate initiatives and campaigns are localized to make the biggest sales impact in local markets.
  • Lead regular meetings and manage communications with local geos to identify all unique blockers and opportunities within each geo.
  • Support field sales team in their efforts to sell into educational institutions.
  • Own and manage onboarding and relationship with Sales Enablement agency.
  • Manage agency briefing process, workback schedule, content creation and reviews.
  • Manage agency review with stakeholders, including driving programs through Privacy and Legal review process.
  • Work closely with key HQ partners to build resources for field sellers.
  • Help organize data and results to communicate business impact.
  • Meticulously manage all aspects of highly sensitive product launch assets, including receiving, sharing, and tracking of assets.

We would like you to have…

  • 5+ years of program/ project management, preferably in a large enterprise or agency working with a large enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Enablement with ability to derive insights and drive results.
  • Education or Sales experience in an enterprise environment is highly desired.
  • Experience supporting field sales team
  • Successful interacting with multiple stakeholders across multiple levels and orgs, including leadership level communications.
  • Strong experience with both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with a fast moving, ever-changing environment.
