When clinical research professionals turn to Reify Health, you will be the primary relationship owner for their site. Ultimately, you will help sites use our software to become more successful at recruiting and enrolling patients for clinical trials. Whilst no two days will be the same, you will:
- Drive adoption, retention, and stellar customer satisfaction across your sites;
- Introduce, onboard, and build ongoing relationships with researcher teams;
- Be the customer’s champion, providing ongoing support with current and new product features;
- Support Clinical Trial Leads as they implement Reify’s solution, StudyTeam, for clinical trials;
- Share customer needs with the Product/Design team to help inform the product roadmap;
- Analyze data and create reports to support our customers make the best decisions when managing their clinical trials;
- Contribute culture/region-specific knowledge and insights to inform successful strategies for global work;
- Support the Customer Success and Experience Team with ad-hoc projects.
What You Bring to Reify Health:
You will definitely have
- Business level fluency in English and native or a high degree of professional fluency in Japanese
- Experience working in customer success and/or in a client-facing role;
- A strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A high level of empathy and ability to engage with customer needs;
- Adept at learning and utilizing new technologies and software;
- The ability to work in a high-growth environment, be comfortable with ambiguity and find no job too big or small;
- A mindset geared toward growth, learning, and professional development;
- A passion for improving healthcare and supporting the work of clinical researchers.
It would be nice if you had
- Experience working for a fast-growth SaaS technology company;
- Experience supporting customer onboarding;
- Experience developing and delivering customer success programs;
- Experience in the field or support of clinical research.
