Enterprise Account Executive

Cutover has built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. Last year, we announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.
About the Role
In 2020 and 2021 we took ourselves on a mission to land and expand when taking our product to the largest financial institutions in the world. In a time of great turbulence, when many other businesses had to hit pause during the pandemic, we were incredibly fortunate to have continued to grow. Among other achievements, we doubled our ARR and global headcount and raised our world-class $35m Series B funding round.
As we move forward into 2022 we are looking for talented new Account Executives to come on board and lead us forward in the next exciting chapters of our growth. In your role, you will be focused on landing new logos, building scalable processes, and nurturing an inclusive, high-performing, and creative sales culture.
This is a rare opening to grow quickly with a 200 person business that leads with empathy and invests in its sales team; while also providing the opportunity to take advantage of the infrastructure we have already established. Our client roster includes 14 global banks including Barclays, two of the top three US banks by size, and three of the top five investment banks globally. We are also backed by hugely supportive and successful investors including Eldridge, Index Ventures, and Sussex Place Ventures.
Simply put, this is a Saas Sales role with both “hunting” & “farming” responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years selling disprustive SaaS Solutions to enterprise clients where typical deal size ranges from £100K – £500K/year.
What we’d like you to bring to the table…
- You have enterprise-level SaaS sales experience under your belt.
- You’re self-motivated and excited by the prospect of carrying annual new business quotas north of £1 million. You’re well accustomed to overachieving on your goals.
- Ideally, you have experience selling to financial services and large enterprise customers.
- You have a strong network of technical stakeholders from your experience selling SaaS products; CIO/CTO level folks would be a huge bonus.
- You’re resilient and feel mistakes are learning opportunities. You value feedback and want to be challenged.
- You are fluent in the modern enterprise salesperson’s technology stack (Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Hubspot, etc.)You have embraced sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Customer Centric Selling.
- You’re comfortable leading demos and are happy to take on more technical discussions. You’re always curious to learn more about this area.
- Ownership is a high priority for you. You’re a proactive self-starter who embraces the challenge of creating your own franchise within the business.
- You’re collaborative and love working with a passionate sales team and other stakeholders across the business including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Ops.
