As a Client Success Manager, you will support client implementation, go-live activities and ongoing client management, enhancement and performance management. In collaboration with Curation Health Clinical, Operations and Engineering Teams, you will play an essential role in performance improvement, conceiving the approach for implementation, and managing deployment of Curation Health platform to multiple clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute client deliverables, nurturing long term relationships with new and existing clients while building trust and credibility
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Risk Adjustment and Quality programs to help guide business and operational strategies
- Responsible for successful client implementation and go-live activities for new partnerships based on established work plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure internal teams utilize best practice documentations; share lessons learned across clients as feasible
- Review account performance and KPIs with clients and proactively address performance needs by identifying operational issues, and suggest mitigation strategies
- Lead and manage provider and client staff training and education, in collaboration with the Curation Health clinical lead
- Gather client requirements for platform enhancement ideas and balance needs of the client and operational need to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage deadlines through activation of internal and external delivery and technical teams
- Provide regular status updates to leadership team with risk categorization and mitigation plans
- Manage relationships with live customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Manage pre-implementation and go-live activities for assigned clients
- Responsible for keeping PHI and systems private and secure.
- Serving as Application Owners, as appropriate (See Application Owner section)
- Formally managing equipment on the network, including equipment in user areas
- Completing other special duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Advanced Degrees are preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, healthcare delivery, project management, or government
- Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Risk Adjustment models, coding and data validation requirements.
- Healthcare experience required, preferably with a provider or payer organization
- Epic systems experience preferred; other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) also helpful
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high performance in previous positions
- Ability to work autonomously but seek assistance when needed
- Strong communication skills across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, internal and external to the company
- Strong problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to identify research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and vendor problems
- Experience with Quality programs and/or HEDIS requirements preferred
- Travel up to 15%
