As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the diverse and remote team that will ensure the success of Double at scale. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and set up a strong employer brand. You will then source, screen, and recommend potential candidates that match our expectations both in terms of skills and culture fit.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Quickly developing a thorough understanding of the company business model and culture by working closely with team leads, and communicating the Double value proposition to attract talented candidates
- Sourcing for diversity. Diversity is a key factor of success for Double and you will play a crucial role in making sure interview pools remain diverse. To see our current diversity data, check out our Careers page.
- Full-cycle recruiting. You will be the primary point of contact for applicants, conducting video interviews, making recommendations for panel interviews, participating in the hiring decision with the team, and handling the offer process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Team growth and structure. You will partner with hiring managers to plan for upcoming hires and anticipate needs as well as lay out the onboarding plan and participate in the satisfaction of new hires.
- Reduce the time-to-hire metrics on all HQ position by using data-driven approaches to make decisions and improvements to our processes
- Proactively managing the Double employer branding with the goal of raising awareness and attracting top talent to the Double team
- Collaborating with Recruiting agencies on specific roles.
Your Background
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- You have 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience; 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup is a plus
- You have demonstrated success sourcing A+ talent
- You have demonstrated amazing writing and communication skills
- You have experience managing an ATS system (Lever experience preferred) and creating/analyzing applicants reports
- You are proficient with Google Apps and have demonstrated the ability to learn new technology tools quickly
- Experience working remotely is preferred
- You have access to stable internet and a quiet virtual atmosphere that sets the tone of professionalism with prospective candidates
