Sr. Software Engineer, Full-Stack

We are currently hiring Full-Stack software engineers across a couple of teams, including:
Signals:
The Signals team is looking for a Senior FullStack engineer to help evolve our Digital Experience Intelligence platform. Our mission as a team is to develop more signals that identify friction in user journeys and then proactively surface them to our customers. You’ll work with our engineers and data scientists to develop new heuristics, create engaging UIs, and design scalable systems.
Org Management:
This mission-critical team is responsible for helping FullStory “cross the chasm” from being software built for startups to true, enterprise software. As a Software Engineer in Org Management, you will help make the configuration of the FullStory platform delightfully easy, yet exceptionally powerful for customers of all types in the flywheel. You will help build new features that capture our customer intent quickly and securely, while actively protecting them against accidental exposure to sensitive data.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, plan, and build new features
- Improve our tooling, testing, or other shared infrastructure
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of fullstack development experience
- Has experience designing backend systems (e.g., Golang, Java, and C/C++)
- Has experience developing frontend UIs in JavaScript (e.g., React TypeScript)
It would be amazing if:
- You have experience collaborating with a wide range of teams and job functions
- You have experience working with React or TypeScript
- You enjoy working with distributed systems
You might want to know what our stack looks like – here’s a glimpse:
- GCP-based; heavy use of Cloud Datastore, BigQuery, Bigtable
- Kubernetes (GKE), terraform, helm
- Services written in Go; gRPC for APIs; prometheus for monitoring
- React and Typescript on the frontend
- Java, ObjC, and Rust for our mobile stack
- Python and Jupyter for Data Science
- Monorepo for our code: we’re one big happy (in-sync!) family 😉
