Alviere is creating a team of experts who are responsible for helping our brand partners launch an embedded financing platform, including building and executing a Go-to-Market strategy and business plan. As we continue to expand our partnerships, brands that did not previously offer embedded financing will be relying on Alviere’s expertise to help them launch their new suite of products. As a member of this team, the Product Marketing Manager will build and help our partners execute customer acquisition strategies for their Embedded Finance solution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and evangelize go-to-market strategies for our embedded financing platform within the confines of each brand partnership
- Facilitate execution of go-to-market strategies through brand partners
- Build marketing strategies for Alviere partners, focusing on driving adoption and usage of embedded finance solutions
- Monitor competitors, industry shifts, emerging markets and the overall category to drive future growth and synthesize findings across the organization
- Partner with Product to coordinate product releases – including target audience feature set, user experience, roadmap fit, and the marketing plan
- Work cross functionally with internal teams and brand partners to deliver world class marketing communications
- Develop and report on the marketing success metrics for all programs
A successful Sr. Product Marketing Manager will have the following:
- 5+ years managing end-to-end product marketing at a tech, consumer finance, fast-paced consumer brand
- Experience leveraging a portfolio of features and innovation to develop a one brand ‘ecosystem’ strategy
- Ability to develop and implement processes to scale product marketing within partner organizations
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you
- Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance our partner brand narrative, and resonate with their member base
- Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level
- Highly effective communication skills and ability to influence cross functional teams
Compensation:
Base Salary – $130,000.00 – $160,000.00/Yr
