Sr. Marketing Cloud Consultant

The Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant will design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud solutions to a wide variety of clients and will directly contribute to growing our Marketing Cloud practice. You will be working alongside a team of highly experienced Salesforce Consultants and business development professionals to develop and help sell a strong pipeline of Salesforce Marketing Cloud opportunities as well as being tasked with leading project delivery efforts. You will provide technical expertise to deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud-based solutions to industry-leading clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert within the firm, advising on and managing SF delivery, functionality, technical architecture and solutions
• Responsible for the build, execution and delivery of complex/technical requirements and campaigns across Marketing Cloud projects
• Drive best practices across SF platform functionality, configuration, and email/SMS build and deployment
• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives
• Mobilize and managmge engagement teams and establish the project structure and governance
• Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
• Direct on-time, high-quality delivery of work
• Assist the sourcing, hiring, and development of consultants and analysts

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on platform experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services and data modeling
• Deep understanding of SFMC functionality and configuration
• Excellent knowledge of CRM and email and SMS marketing best practice
• Strong data and reporting skills with an understanding of database management systems and process and experience in managing data migration and integration
• Prior technology consulting or industry experience required
• SFMC certifications highly preferred
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Highly organized in a fast-paced environment
