Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will lead scaling investments with major employers who depend on Amino to drive higher quality health outcomes, and cost savings, for millions of employees and plan members. This is an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in a high-growth environment and ready to lead ideation and technical development of Amino’s healthcare guidance platform. In addition to owning a full range of product development responsibilities, you’ll flex your creativity and agility as you drive product and strategy to scale our SaaS offering through the right mix of platform investments and configuration across employers, insurance carriers, benefit administration platforms, third party administrators, and other partners. This is a critical role in our success and vision, and you will be given latitude to push the boundaries of what’s possible and influence how we innovate and improve in ways that will allow us to serve millions.
As the Amino Senior Product Manager you will take a leading role in:
- Leading product vision, strategy and execution, leveraging your understanding of the customer need and business goals to build features that deliver at scale and incredible value.
- Leading with an agile framework, you will partner with, and influence Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and the overall business to set and manage priorities for iterations and improvements.
- Using your expert analytical skills you will take the lead in prioritizing projects and have the tools to understand when to move fast and also to steer away from failure.
- Being ahead of industry news and trends, understanding the overall market and how healthcare regulatory changes impact the app and business.
- Building OKRs to focus on goals and delivery.
About you
- You’ve shipped and scaled SaaS products, with a strong playbook for identifying market needs and ways of growth through configure-ability.
- You exhibit empathy for enterprise customers, with a solid understanding of how to use analytics to help them be heroes and demonstrate the value of a SaaS product.
- You hear “internal tools” and get excited about the ability to drive impact through harnessing technology to support effortless scaling
- You have a strong interest, if not experience, in using technology to improve the healthcare experience for consumers
- You’ve been waiting for an opportunity to shift organizational outcomes and are ready to inspire new ways of thinking about continuous product improvement.
- You have experience building an outcome-focused roadmap to deliver a SaaS product in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- You are data-focused yet bring a healthy mix of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- You are influential yet understand the give and take shipping SaaS products and can energize, and build rapport with all levels and teams across the organization.
- You can manage the ambiguity that comes with an early-stage product and team, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- PTO is non-accrual and we expect Amino’s to take a minimum of 15 days a year. We likewise do our best to keep reasonable boundaries around work/life balance.
